Getting Started
What floor plans can I choose from, can I modify them?
Symphony Homes has a wide variety of floor plans for your review. Each custom home plan can be modified to suit the needs of your family. If you have a plan in mind, we can use that as well for the starting point in the design process. We have the capability to move walls and create or expand the plan to suit how you live. You tell us what you need to function in the home and we can help design a plan that is right for you.
What amenities are included?
Symphony Homes has two levels of amenities as a starting point. Designed with desirability in mind, the Victory series specifications will point you in the right direction to get started for a very comfortable custom feel.
