If you come in on R & R, or prior to deployment, meet with Symphony Homes to determine the plan that is right for you, select your lot and amenities. We will expedite the process and get you to the point that we can build your new custom home in your absence. When you return, your home will be completed and ready for occupancy.
If you are currently deployed and would like to do planning on line, we are very comfortable with that because our processes covers all the aspects to insure your satisfaction with the final product.
A recent typical scenario of this type:
The husband is in Iraq and the wife is working in New York City and living with parents. We begin the process through the internet with lot choices and plan brochures. The wife then flys in and confirms selection of the lot and the plan. While here, she is able to visit several occupied Symphony Homes by prearranged appointments.
Within three days, we went to contract and completed most of the selection process. The buyer went back to her life in New York and we continued to communicate with both husband and wife through various means. Their home was completed on time as planned for their arrival on December 16th for a December 19th close and move-in for Christmas! Their home only required three minor adjustments for sign off prior to closing.
When asked his opinion upon reviewing his new home, the husband replied, "Symphony Homes couldn't have done one thing better to make me any happier than I am right now".
